If the oil pump breaks down, the jaw crusher needs swinging power for 15-20min and then stops. The hand pump needs be used to give oil, which could make the bearing stay lubricating. Period Of Lubricating If the lubricating location is different, the requirement of lubricating is different also. Some location of stone crusher need intermittent lubricating grease, while other locations need be lubricated once in 30-40min. Temperature Of Lubricating We should pay attention to the temperature of lubricating oil. If the temperature is high, we need to reduce the temperature through adjusting the oil flow or water cooling. In this way, the stone crusher could work normally with belt conveyor and apron feeder.

Because of poor mobility, the riding wheel would lift. Once the rotary kiln plays, the lifting space of tyre and rotary kiln could be scabbled with lathe tool, keeping the flexibility of barrel. The increasing of sliding friction and false adjustment would result in this problem. The sliding friction would lead to the wear of supporting piece. If the center line of riding wheel is adjusted to splayed, the adverse force would damage the surface. We should adjust the riding wheel.
